When a band has been going as long as The Korgis, there are invariably songs that are 'lying around' and might not really fit into an album. When you add to these new versions of the old hits, then the numbers can really mount up and BOOM!... before you know it, there is a whole album worth of interesting songs. The first ever demo 'Lines' here

When a band has been going as long as The Korgis, there are invariably songs that are 'lying around' and might not really fit into an album. When you add to these new versions of the old hits, then the numbers can really mount up and BOOM!... before you know it, there is a whole album worth of interesting songs. The first ever demo 'Lines' here worked up into the definitive Korgis version. What would 'If I Had You' have sounded like if The Korgis of 1979 had been able to afford real strings? What would 'Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime' have sounded like if James Warren had written it on guitar? These old/new classics are coupled with alternative versions of songs from 'Kartoon World' plus some unreleased songs. The first every song that James and Al Steele wrote together... 'Happy Man'. We have also included the sumptuous 2022 collaboration with Ozzie legend Joe Matera, 'Always a Sunny Day'. Even if it is cold and grey we hope that these songs will bring the sun out in your world.
